We utilize Reality Therapy and Reminiscence Therapy to help navigate the patients to a more stable and productive way of life. Reality Therapy seeks to discover what the individual really wants and how they are currently behaving in order to achieve these goals. Reminiscence Therapy is an activity used with the elderly, those with brain disorders and people who may have experienced an injury that caused damage to their short or long-term memory. It is used to promote the telling of memories and the sharing of stories and helps people connect to one another and practice self-expression.
